EHS Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: MX El Salto Plant, Mexico; onsite manufacturing operation

What you will do

• Lead environmental, health, and safety strategies, programs, standards, and action plans for the plant.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, company standards, management systems, audits, and certifications.
• Lead and develop the plant EHS team and strengthen the safety and environmental culture across manufacturing and administrative operations.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with plant leadership and regional and global EHS teams to coordinate initiatives, audits, priorities, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee ISO 14001-related processes, water treatment operations, environmental monitoring, and operational controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading EHS processes in a manufacturing environment, including environmental and safety regulatory compliance, incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and implementation or maintenance of ISO 14001.
• 3+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing across functions in complex manufacturing operations.
