Senior Director, Professional Services (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the global Professional Services organization, including a team of Directors, and drive strategic initiatives and organizational growth.
• Develop long-term strategies to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives and establish global standards, processes, and best practices for project delivery.
• Build executive relationships and represent Professional Services in strategic customer engagements, industry conferences, and executive briefings.
• Oversee financial health, sustainable growth, profitability, regulatory compliance, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
• Drive innovation, adoption of emerging technologies, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience is also considered.
• Deep knowledge in a technical, managed service provider, or software consulting capacity with commensurate leadership experience.
• Ability to lead organizational change, influence company-wide strategy, and drive business growth.
• Experience with complex reporting in Excel or other business intelligence software, using data to communicate effectively and persuade audiences.
• Visionary leadership and advanced strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and strong consultative communication with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced, methodical, and expedient business troubleshooting and problem-solving skills without escalation to other leaders.
• Confidence communicating with technical, non-technical, and executive audiences and effectively de-escalating situations.
• Advanced interpersonal communication and writing abilities with autonomy.
