Senior Manager, Data & Analytics (AI)

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; hybrid workplace with in-person and remote work

What you will do

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Data Management, Analytics, Reporting, and Data Platform services.
• Lead, coach, and develop a North American team of approximately ten data professionals.
• Ensure business users receive trusted, accessible, and high-value data, insights, and analytical support.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify data-driven opportunities and improve decision-making.
• Strengthen Data Governance, Data Management, Analytics, and Data Literacy practices.
• Explore advanced analytics and emerging AI capabilities to create business value.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• More than 10 years of experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Management-related roles.
• Experience managing Data, Analytics, or Business Intelligence services, including service delivery, user support, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing talent, including coaching, performance management, succession planning, and knowledge sharing.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology leaders to support decision-making and organizational priorities.
• Experience with Data Governance, Data Management, Reporting, or Analytics practices.
• Experience with modern Data & Analytics platforms and technologies such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or AWS.
• Understanding of emerging Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence capabilities and their business applications.
• Strong communication, influencing, collaboration, facilitation, consensus-building, and business-value skills.
• Written and spoken French and English bilingualism required for regular interaction with teams, business partners, customers, and American subsidiaries.
