Data Analyst Co-op (AI)

Location: Toronto, ON — Toronto-81 Bay, 24th Floor. Work arrangement proportions of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and may need a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Analyze data to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of new segmentation strategies.
• Monitor strategy performance and recommend improvements based on analysis results.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation and programming.
• Enable business partners and innovate existing manual processes.
• Understand, monitor, update, and enhance business processes to maximize organizational performance.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies.
• Ability to analyze data and situations accurately to support productive decisions.
• Experience or skills with SAS, Python, Tableau, VBA or advanced Macros, Alteryx, ADO on Azure, and Power BI.
• Programming skills for process automation.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate research, interpretations, assessments, ideas, and opinions effectively in written and verbal form.
• Ability to understand, monitor, update, and enhance business or work processes.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.

Nice to have

• Enrollment in a registered Co-op program is not required.

Hiring process

• Applications are reviewed in October and November, with interviews and offers planned for November.
• The process may include an attribute-based assessment and skills tests such as simulation, coding, French proficiency, or MS Office assessments.
