Senior Manager, Client Analytics, Private Banking

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid work arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and may need a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Advance the analytics agenda across Private Banking, Family Office, and Ultra High Net Worth segments through client, product, and channel insights.
• Partner with leadership, sales, product, risk, and finance to deliver analysis, tools, insights, and recommendations for business growth and improved client service.
• Lead strategic problem-solving, ad hoc analyses, and complex data analysis using multiple data sources.
• Develop and maintain client and product profiles for ongoing reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance value-added reporting.
• Provide thought leadership on tools, data, and collaboration with key partners.

Requirements

• Demonstrated data analytics skills with large sets of structured and unstructured data.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI, including interpreting data and transforming it into business insights.
• Experience or exposure to Databricks, Alteryx, and R.
• Graduate degree in mathematics, computer science, electrical and computer engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to investigate complex problems; gather, synthesize, organize, and interpret data to formulate insights, options, and recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate detailed findings effectively to varied audiences.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability to evolving technologies, and the ability to adopt new tools and trends.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and partners and identify appropriate solutions.
