Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics

Salary: $156,915.00–$180,000.00 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Own complex projects end-to-end, manage implementation risks, and contribute to strategic planning.
• Consult with senior leadership and business partners to identify challenges, define success criteria, and recommend high-impact solutions.
• Develop data models, complex algorithms, prototypes, and production-ready solutions; manage testing and validation.
• Lead advanced analytics, data collection, competitive and market research, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with software engineering, category management, customer experience, merchandising, external partners, and vendors.
• Build and lead a team, coach associates and managers, and support performance and career development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field plus 2 years of data analytics or related experience; or bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 4 years of data analytics or related experience.
• Experience with strategic positioning, strategic marketing, value-based pricing, product marketing, and new product or innovation strategy.
• Project management experience and the ability to communicate complex business issues clearly, concisely, and impactfully.
• Advanced PowerPoint slide building, storyboarding, Excel modeling, Pivot Tables, VBA, and analysis of large quantities of data.
• Growth strategy development, market assessment frameworks, and structured, time-bound competitive and market research using major research sources and databases.
• Data analysis and modeling using MS Excel and SQL.
• Experience creating executive strategic presentations and translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
• Strategic management of business initiatives including acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships for technology acquisitions.
• Business insights synthesis using subject matter interviews, interview transcript data analysis, and surveys. Any amount of experience with the required skills is accepted.
