Analytics Manager, Supply Chain Network Performance

Location: Onsite in Boston, Massachusetts, Monday–Thursday; the role supports performance analysis across North America and the UK.

Salary: $121,000–$137,500 annual base pay, with potential equity grants of $30,000–$35,000 subject to approval.

What you will do

• Lead a global team of 2–3 analysts supporting performance management across the transportation network.
• Own weekly and monthly carrier-performance business reviews, translating operational data into trends, root causes, risks, and recommended actions.
• Build visibility into network performance and help operations teams identify issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Analyze speed, reliability, capacity planning, and execution data across large parcel flows in North America and the UK.
• Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting mechanisms for leaders, operators, and carrier-facing teams.
• Partner with Operations, Carrier Management, Planning & Promise, Data Intelligence, Product, and Technology teams to define data needs and implement scalable visibility improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Direct people management experience, including coaching analysts, setting priorities, reviewing analytical work, and developing early-career talent.
• Strong hands-on analytics experience with advanced Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience translating messy operational data into business recommendations, root-cause narratives, and decision-ready presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with Operations, carrier management, supply chain, logistics, product, technology, or similar cross-functional partners.
• Experience building execution strategies from defined business objectives, structuring multiple workstreams, enabling others to execute, and solving operational problems independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, parcel carrier performance, e-commerce operations, or large parcel delivery.
• Statistical analysis experience.
• Python or R experience.
• Practical AI-enabled analytics workflows.
