Junior Insights Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Explore and test AI tools to improve data analysis, information summarisation, and task efficiency.
• Analyse group-wide data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
• Design and build automated workflows in Power Automate to remove repetitive manual processes.
• Work with stakeholders to identify where automation or AI can create business value.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Buying & Merchandising, Digital, Retail, and wider business teams.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in analytics and automation, with enthusiasm for AI experimentation and knowledge sharing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, persistence with complex or ambiguous problems, and a willingness to think outside the box.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to take ownership of projects, align stakeholders, and collaborate to deliver outcomes.
• Technical skills are not all required; training will be provided in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, or Claude to solve problems, improve efficiency, or add business value.
• Some experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools through a degree, previous role, internship, or personal projects.
• Exposure to Power Automate or other automation tools.
