Retail Reporting Specialist

Location: Hybrid working in London, United Kingdom; office attendance 2–3 days per week and at least 8 days per month.

What you will do

• Produce, maintain, and continuously improve performance reporting across hirify.global and Three Retail.
• Maintain reporting governance, quality controls, documented measures, definitions, and validation processes.
• Support budgets, rolling forecasts, in-period outlooks, trading discussions, and performance management with validated analysis.
• Reconcile multiple quantitative and qualitative data sources, investigate variances and data-quality issues, and resolve or escalate complex problems.
• Translate complex commercial information into clear insight for channel, product, trade, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support major promotions and product launches, assess volume, value, acquisition, retention, and channel-mix performance, and identify risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in performance reporting, forecasting support, and commercial analysis, with a track record of producing accurate, timely, business-critical reporting and insight.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Power Pivot, Power Query, complex modelling, and advanced formulas.
• Advanced SQL for querying, manipulating, reconciling, and validating complex datasets from multiple sources and investigating data-quality issues.
• Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development, report maintenance, visualisation design, and continuous improvement of reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting budgets, rolling forecasts, and in-period trading activities through performance reporting, analysis, insight, and variance investigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to address complex or ambiguous issues, validate information from multiple sources, and identify meaningful trends.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
