IT Infrastructure Asset and Contract Manager (Bilingual Korean/English)

What you will do

• Manage procurement of IT infrastructure hardware, software, maintenance, and related services.
• Manage technology vendors, suppliers, service levels, deliverables, onboarding, performance reviews, and negotiations.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT hardware, software, maintenance, support, and licensing contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Maintain contract documentation, renewal schedules, costs, warranties, support agreements, and reporting.
• Manage IT hardware and software assets from acquisition through retirement, maintaining ownership, location, status, and lifecycle records.
• Coordinate asset reconciliation, audits, compliance, technology refreshes, replacements, retirements, and cost-reduction initiatives across IT, procurement, finance, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, infrastructure operations, ITAM, ITSM, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and data center environments, including servers, storage, network infrastructure, virtualization, cloud technologies, and end-user computing.
• Experience managing IT hardware and software contracts, maintenance agreements, renewals, software licensing, and hardware and software lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Service Management (ITSM), ITAM/ITSM platforms, and asset records.
• Experience managing technology vendors, suppliers, service providers, procurement activities, and contract management.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices, CMDB and configuration management concepts, and reporting tools including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work across IT, procurement, finance, vendors, and business teams and translate technical requirements into business, procurement, and vendor requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
• No C2C arrangements.

• ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
• Experience with enterprise software licensing and licensing agreements.
• Experience managing data center infrastructure lifecycles and supporting regional or global IT environments.
• Experience with technology refresh and infrastructure modernization programs.
• Experience with vendor contract negotiations and strategic supplier management.
• Experience developing IT asset, vendor, contract, and service management KPIs and dashboards.
• Experience with CMDB and configuration management.
