Senior Business Communications Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Buffalo, New York, United States of America; four days onsite at Seneca One Buffalo and one day working from home per week.

Annual salary: $74,600–$124,400 USD.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, implement, and evaluate internal communications across sales, service, operations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives.
• Define and execute communication and change strategies for Technology programs with cross-enterprise partners.
• Create stakeholder feedback mechanisms, employee focus groups, engagement forums, training support, and adoption activities.
• Plan and facilitate program events, updates, change communications, recognition activities, and delivery coordination with A/V partners.
• Develop executive presentations, newsletters, dashboards, and analytics covering progress, outcomes, risks, and insights.
• Translate complex Technology strategies and technical information for non-technical and enterprise-wide audiences; manage intranet content and evaluate new communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of communications-related experience.
• Relevant PC skills.
• Knowledge of contemporary communication channels.
• Design and publication skills.
• Ability to maintain internal control standards and implement audit or regulatory action points in a timely manner.
