Internal Communications Senior Manager (Transformation, Product & Operations) (Payments)

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated internal communications strategies supporting business priorities.
• Advise senior leaders and translate functional strategy, organizational changes, transformation initiatives, and operational priorities into communications.
• Create messaging, communication plans, leader talking points, presentations, FAQs, employee content, and executive communications.
• Translate complex product and operational topics into clear, engaging employee communications.
• Support company-wide initiatives, major launches, business updates, and change programs.
• Collaborate with HR and Marketing, measure communication effectiveness, and improve messaging, channels, and engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee communications, or related fields.
• Experience supporting senior executives, enterprise functions, or large-scale business initiatives.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Business acumen and the ability to understand complex topics.
• Experience developing strategic communication plans and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
