Senior Commercial Analytics Specialist (Power BI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model with 3 days on site.

Salary: minimum 176,000 PLN annually, with potential for higher pay based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain analytics tools and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership stakeholders across Western European markets to gather reporting requirements and deliver training.
• Create mockups, reports, presentations, user guides, data models, and analytical solutions.
• Analyze data to improve reporting, data quality, analytical processes, and cross-system data alignment.
• Support data governance, documentation, access management, and data integration.
• Share analytics best practices and improve adoption of dashboards and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Excel and SQL.
• Strong analytical, business partnering, data visualization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create intuitive and visually compelling dashboards using appropriate charts, layouts, and design practices.
• Project management, technical, advanced problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Econometrics, Big Data, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership, autonomy, and drive for results.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau Prep, Alteryx, or Python.
• Additional language skills.
