OT Security Senior Consultant

What you will do

• Provide OT security consultancy for industrial environments and international projects.
• Assess and address cybersecurity risks across ICS, DCS, SCADA, and Safety Instrumented Systems.
• Apply industrial cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-82, C2M2, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS, and CIS Controls.
• Work with industrial networking protocols including Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, DNP3, OPC Classic, and OPC-UA.
• Use OT security technologies such as Nozomi Networks, Claroty, Dragos, Armis, Industrial Defender, and TXOne Networks.
• Communicate with stakeholders and contribute to multicultural project teams.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, operational technology, industrial automation, or related fields.
• Previous experience in industrial environments such as energy and utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing, water utilities, chemicals, mining, or transportation.
• Strong understanding of the Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture, ICS, DCS, SCADA environments, and SIS.
• Knowledge of one or more relevant cybersecurity frameworks or standards, including IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-82, C2M2, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS, or CIS Controls in an OT context.
• Understanding of industrial networking technologies and protocols, including Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, DNP3, OPC Classic, and OPC-UA.
• Experience with OT security technologies such as Nozomi Networks, Claroty, Dragos, Armis, Industrial Defender, or TXOne Networks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments and international projects.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, and Portuguese.

Nice to have

• Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, electrical engineering, industrial automation, telecommunications, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, CISSP, CISM, Security+, CCNA, or CCNP.
• Experience supporting Industry 4.0 or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud-connected industrial environments.
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles applied to OT environments.
• Familiarity with industrial and functional safety standards, including IEC 61511 and IEC 61508.
