Senior Director, Adversary Services (Cybersecurity)

Base pay: €154,000–€176,000 annually

What you will do

• Define the strategic vision, operating model, roadmap, standards, and measurement approach for the Adversary Services function.
• Lead Threat Intelligence, Adversary Emulation, Red Team Operations, Detection Validation, and Security Research capabilities.
• Track eCrime groups, ransomware operators, and targeted intrusion actors; translate intelligence into risk-based hypotheses and maintain MITRE ATT&CK-mapped playbooks.
• Design high-fidelity adversary emulation and red team campaigns across identity, endpoint, SaaS, and cloud platforms, including reusable tooling and automation.
• Partner with Detection Engineering and Blue Team functions to develop behavior-based detections and run emulate–detect–refine–measure purple team cycles.
• Brief senior leadership, advise on threats, attack paths, control gaps, and investments, and represent Adversary Services in governance and incident response escalations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of combined experience across Threat Intelligence, adversary tracking and TTP analysis, Red Teaming, Adversary Emulation, Purple Teaming, Offensive Security, or Security Consulting.
• Proven ability to lead senior technical teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including executives.
• Strong understanding of attacker methodologies, including identity compromise, phishing, lateral movement, persistence, privilege escalation, and data exfiltration.
• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity interdependencies across Technology, Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms, Digital, Data, and Enterprise Risk functions in a global business environment.

Nice to have

• Offensive security certification such as OSCP or OSCE.
• Security research experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS environments.
• Programming proficiency, such as Python, for tooling, automation, or security analytics.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into executive-level insights.
• Action-oriented approach, focus on measurable outcomes, collaboration, and advancing defensive capabilities.
