.NET Tech Lead

Location: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon, two days per week. Candidates must already be based in Portugal and have Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Lead technical development and support for applications built with C# and .NET.
• Apply software architecture practices including Clean Code, SOLID, and Test Driven Development.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
• Support Azure-based services, CI/CD pipelines, databases, and production environments.
• Communicate technical decisions in international Agile teams using Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in C# .NET, including .NET Framework 4.8+ and .NET 8+.
• Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, App Service, and Blob Storage.
• Experience with Git and Gitflow.
• Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID, and Test Driven Development.
• Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring developers.
• Production support experience.
• Experience communicating technical decisions in international Agile teams using Jira and Confluence.
• Fluency in English at B2 level.
• Availability for hybrid work in Porto or Lisbon two days per week; candidates must already be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
