Software Developer (AI/.NET)

Location: Remote within the United States; dedicated secure work area and high-speed internet required.

Base compensation: $80,000–$95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, test, modify, deploy, and support software applications and integrations.
• Apply established integration patterns, coding standards, security requirements, and architectural guidelines.
• Use approved AI development tools for coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Gather and clarify requirements, prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, test plans, and implementation materials.
• Investigate moderately complex application and integration issues, escalating novel, high-risk, or architecture-related issues.
• Coordinate change control, testing, implementation, production support, and communication across business and IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of AI development tools.
• 2–4+ years of professional software development experience with SQL databases.
• Experience developing technical solutions across multiple technologies, including .NET and SQL Server.
• Experience across the technical project lifecycle, including requirements, design, and deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud-based design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across several internal groups and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to understand complex business details, work under tight deadlines, and proactively communicate critical workstream status.
• Must be able to work remotely with high-speed internet access, a dedicated secure work area, and required office setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Aurora databases.
• Experience supporting financial applications, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger systems.
