Senior Recruiter (Pharmaceutical R&D)

Location: Remote, based in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, United States; work hours are 8 am–5 pm Central, Monday–Friday.

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers, defining position specifications and providing market data and recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders and departments.
• Assess candidates against role requirements, build talent pipelines, and deliver qualified candidate slates.
• Maintain timely candidate communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Required: Research and Development or corporate recruitment/talent acquisition experience within the life sciences industry.
• Required: Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology environments.
• English required for the role.
