Staff Solutions Architect (AI Governance)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; office-first culture with three days per week in office encouraged for most roles.

Annual base pay range: $139,725–$209,588 USD for candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington.

What you will do

• Define the AI Governance solution vision by translating customer requirements, regulations, and market needs into platform capabilities, architectural patterns, and roadmap priorities.
• Advise Design Partner customers through discovery sessions, architecture workshops, solution reviews, and technical assessments.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across AI inventories, assessments, risk management, governance workflows, model oversight, policy management, and compliance operations.
• Define APIs, data flows, governance controls, identity considerations, integrations, and operational workflows connecting hirify.global with enterprise ecosystems.
• Translate customer challenges into reusable product investments, reference architectures, implementation patterns, and roadmap improvements.
• Represent customer needs in roadmap planning and executive reviews while driving measurable outcomes in AI governance maturity, compliance readiness, risk reduction, and adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, solutions consulting, technical product leadership, or strategic customer-facing roles in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Significant experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, Privacy, Security, Compliance, Data Governance, or related governance domains.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers to define requirements, lead discovery, shape technical strategy, and drive adoption.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and customer needs into scalable product capabilities and operational workflows.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale SaaS solutions, including APIs, integrations, data models, architecture patterns, and secure implementation approaches.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, evaluation frameworks, and governance considerations for enterprise AI deployments.
• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, UX, Legal, Privacy, Security, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, technical analysis, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications or credentials in AI governance, privacy, security, or architecture.
• Familiarity with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, model governance frameworks, and responsible AI principles.
