Sr. Financial Analyst, Fixed Asset Management, Settlement Operations

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid work arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Support daily Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset Management activities using Coupa, PeopleSoft, and SAP.
• Lead operational support for Fixed Asset Management, including guidance, issue escalation, and collaboration with the Offshore Delivery Centre.
• Manage asset additions, adjustments, transfers, disposals, continuity schedules, and fixed asset unallocated reviews.
• Perform Accounts Payable activities such as special-handling cheques, wire requests, supplier aging reports, invoice aging reports, and branch clearing entries.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, Finance Business Support, and Line of Business partners.
• Review reports and processes for rationalization, standardization, and optimization.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience and subject matter expertise in Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets.
• Strong reporting and analytics experience.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate complex problems and communicate detailed information meaningfully.
• Goal-oriented approach with a focus on delivering results.
• Strong collaboration, relationship-building, communication, and leadership capabilities.

• Experience working in a banking or financial institution environment.
