Manager, Data Strategy (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $102,900–$190,500 per year.

What you will do

• Lead planning, prioritization, governance, and performance management for a cybersecurity data-science portfolio.
• Translate cybersecurity risk and operational needs into an integrated roadmap covering analytics, automation, AI/ML, and data-product initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across technical and business teams while managing dependencies, resources, risks, and organizational change.
• Evaluate use cases, define value hypotheses and KPIs, prioritize investments, and manage benefits realization.
• Provide executives with transparent reporting on delivery, value, capacity, and investment tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience demonstrating applicable knowledge, scope, and skills.
• Portfolio or program leadership experience in operations or lifecycle management, cybersecurity, data science, analytics, AI/ML, or closely related technology domains.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk, security operations, threat and vulnerability data, control metrics, data architecture, and analytics product delivery.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, privacy, model validation, responsible AI, and secure solution lifecycle practices.
• Experience with roadmap development, dependency management, budget and resource planning, risk management, executive communication, and organizational change.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings and uncertainty to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without relying solely on direct authority.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and analytics or visualization tools.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT.
