Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology & Engineering (FTC)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you will do

• Recruit technology and engineering professionals for Digital and Design Engineering capabilities.
• Build talent-needs views with stakeholders, recruitment teams, and hiring managers, then develop delivery strategies.
• Design innovative sourcing and attraction campaigns across online, offline, social, and direct-sourcing channels.
• Write job adverts and communications that communicate hirify.global’s employer brand and consulting lifestyle.
• Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to improve performance and advise stakeholders.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process and champion a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Direct recruitment experience in Technology and/or Engineering, from an agency or in-house environment.
• Experience with recruitment, selection, and assessment tools and methods.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and challenge business stakeholders.
• Experience managing relationships with diverse and challenging stakeholders.
• Target-driven, diligent, motivated, and self-starting approach.
• High energy and resilience, with the ability to manage competing demands in a complex, matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and change.
• Strong partnering and teaming skills, including supporting colleagues and building internal networks to solve problems.

Nice to have

• Subject-matter expertise in Technology and/or Engineering markets.
• Experience recruiting roles such as Solution Architect, DevOps Engineer, Security Architect, Data Engineer, Java Engineer, Cloud Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or Cyber Transformation specialist.
