Senior QA Engineer (QA Automation)

What you will do

• Review specifications and architectures, including customer specifications, and identify risks, gaps, issues, and potential impacts.
• Define test strategies and plans covering functional and non-functional cases, maintain traceability, and prepare test environments and data.
• Design, script, execute, and maintain test cases and regression suites, including testing customer fixes and assessing automation opportunities.
• Automate test cases and contribute to test automation framework improvements.
• Open, investigate, prioritize, and verify software and documentation defects; provide release sign-off based on exit criteria.
• Report testing progress and milestones, mentor QA colleagues, share quality practices, and drive improvements across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in QA or software development.
• Practical knowledge of automation frameworks, including Robot Framework and Playwright.
• Programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of test management tools such as Octane and GitHub repositories.
• Knowledge of BDD practices, Visual Studio, and the .NET framework.
• Experience with agile methodologies and a good understanding of testing methodologies and industry standards.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinking, accountability, flexibility, proactivity, autonomy, teamwork, and good communication and influencing skills.
