Senior QA Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Own daily quality checks across design and code, ensuring high performance, functional integrity, and visual fidelity.
• Review pages, patterns, migrated components, templates, and responsive behavior against design systems, component tokens, and target viewports.
• Test Contentstack content modeling, authoring workflows, API delivery, dynamic page assemblies, and frontend rendering.
• Adopt agentic AI-driven testing workflows and automated evaluation tools to improve coverage, accelerate regression testing, and identify edge cases.
• Create test plans, test cases, functional scripts, and actionable defect reports within an Agile delivery structure.
• Partner with Frontend Engineering, Design, Product, and Delivery teams; lead bug triage and represent QA risks, dependencies, and timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or Quality Engineer testing complex web applications and digital platforms in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies, modern web architectures, and testing with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience validating UI/UX against design systems, component libraries such as Storybook, and design tokens, including pixel alignment, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
• Practical experience testing headless CMS ecosystems, specifically Contentstack, including published content, schema modeling, and dynamic page assemblies.
• Experience with agentic workflows, autonomous testing agents, or AI-assisted developer and QA tools.
• Experience in a client-facing agency or consulting environment delivering work across multiple enterprise-scale tracks.
• Deep expertise in functional, regression, cross-browser, responsive design, and end-to-end integration testing, plus familiarity with WCAG checks.
• Proficiency with Agile and test management tools, particularly Jira, Confluence, and test case repositories.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for explaining defects, quality trade-offs, and risks to cross-functional teams.
• Advanced written and verbal English fluency is required for cross-team and client-facing collaboration.
• If holding an Engineering or related degree, a professional license must be presented when required; license requirements can be verified through COPNIA or the relevant professional council.
