BD Director - Saudi Arabia

What you will do

• Define and own the strategy and deliverables supporting business growth in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
• Develop the long-term pipeline for hirify.global International Government’s business plan.
• Generate and develop new government-sector business with support from internal business areas.
• Lead in-country campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop business cases to support in-country activity and increase hirify.global’s probability of winning.
• Work with business areas, business units, functional leaders, corporate functions, and strategic advisors.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with government business.
• Defence prime or OEM experience is essential.
• Experience in satellite communications and/or the space sector.
• Ability to work with diverse cross-business and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, passionate, and confident working in-region, often independently with business support.
• Saudi Arabia citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience engaging in public forums and public speaking as the voice of the business in-country.
• Strong understanding of satellite communications use cases in government contexts.
• Ability to simplify complex solutions and communicate their benefits in customer mission sets.
• Postgraduate degree in a technical, business, or international relations discipline.
