Program Manager, Learning Enablement & Early-Career Development

What you will do

• Own planning, governance, operational processes, and continuous improvement for customer learning, workforce enablement, related business systems, and early-career development programs.
• Coordinate business requirements, user stories, system defects, testing, deployments, documentation, training materials, and communications with business users and IT.
• Administer instructor-led and online customer training, including requests, learner information, scheduling, enrollment, utilization tracking, certifications, and reporting.
• Support employee, contractor, and partner onboarding, enablement activities, workshops, knowledge sharing, and readiness tracking.
• Coordinate the Services Early-Career Development Program, including setup, onboarding, learning plans, schedules, applied learning, coaching, qualification gates, demonstrations, graduation, and transitions.
• Monitor attendance, completion, assignments, learning evidence, risks, KPIs, participant records, feedback, and continuous-improvement actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, learning or enablement operations, business operations, technical enablement, or delivery-focused roles; telecom experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated program and project management experience covering cross-functional planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery accountability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for coordinating schedules, learning activities, participant records, and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, technical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and influence without direct authority.
• Ability to work with leadership and global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Telecom technology and product knowledge.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with early-career development, cohort-based learning, mentoring, facilitation, or structured qualification programs.
