Program Manager - Capital Markets (FSI)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Financial District. Hybrid work with 4 days from the office.

Contract duration: 1 year.

What you will do

• Build relationships with business, functional, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead working groups, facilitate collaboration, resolve issues, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Prepare Steering Committee presentations, executive updates, and program governance materials.
• Coordinate status reporting on progress, risks, issues, decisions, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage RAID items, dependencies, suppliers, consultants, and delivery partners.
• Guide junior team members and support regulatory and strategic transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of program management experience with leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution experience.
• Experience managing or supporting large-scale regulatory programs.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products, services, processes, and operating environments.
• Ability to collaborate with senior business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups; PowerPoint, including executive presentation storyboarding; and Visio or equivalent process-mapping tools.
• Strong organization, prioritization, ambiguity management, and proactive issue-resolution skills.
• Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• MBA or another relevant professional designation.
• Experience in management consulting or financial services transformation.
