Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote role associated with Orlando, Florida, United States

What you will do

• Support the Senior Product Manager with product research, meeting preparation, requirements, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify product and AI-driven improvement opportunities.
• Write user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria for features and enhancements.
• Maintain Jira tickets, project status, dependencies, and action items while tracking progress and resolving blockers.
• Coordinate product delivery with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Data Science, Sales, and Support.
• Support testing, release readiness, documentation, and exploration of AI agents, MCP servers, intelligent search, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in product management, project coordination, business analysis, or a related technology role.
• Conceptual understanding of AI/ML, including large language models, semantic search, AI agents, MCP servers, and APIs.
• Experience using generative AI tools for research, documentation, and productivity.
• Excellent organization, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to independently drive tasks to completion.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Agile development, or software testing.
• Familiarity with MCP, retrieval-augmented generation, AI integrations, and recommendation technologies.
• Interest in using data, machine learning, and emerging AI to improve the consumer entertainment and movie-ticketing journey.
