Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, Indonesia; Jakarta

Building proactive AI-native applications that simplify communication, coordination, collaboration, errands, and workflows with minimal prompting. The first product is an agent-first mobile communication application.

What you will do

• Define product roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics for assigned product areas.
• Identify user needs and translate them into product features, workflows, and specifications.
• Evaluate technical approaches with engineering, balancing performance, reliability, usability, development effort, quality, latency, and time-to-market.
• Lead product development from planning and design through testing, launch, and production improvement.
• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and experiments to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
• Assess market opportunities, competing products, and user feedback to guide product priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping technology products.
• Strong system design knowledge, including the ability to evaluate architecture, data models, integrations, reliability, and performance trade-offs.
• Ability to challenge technical proposals, identify architectural risks, and work with engineering to resolve complex product and system constraints.
• Experience owning complex products or workflows end-to-end, from problem definition and technical scoping through launch and production iteration.
• Ability to balance quality, latency, reliability, development cost, and time-to-market when making product decisions.
• Proven track record of improving adoption, engagement, retention, or business outcomes through shipped products.
• Strong analytical judgment and experience designing experiments, interpreting metrics, and making evidence-based investment decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems and complex integrations.
• Experience with AI/ML products or LLM-based applications.
• Experience with workflow automation or other technically demanding products.
