Enterprise Asset Management (ITAM/SAM/EAM)

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT asset management programs for hardware, software, network, endpoint, and cloud assets.
• Oversee asset discovery, inventory reconciliation, classification, prioritization, and lifecycle management across large, complex environments.
• Integrate asset management with vulnerability management, configuration management, incident response, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk assessments.
• Manage and optimize ITAM, SAM, EAM, and CMDB platforms, including asset data integrations.
• Establish asset management policies, secure configuration baselines, governance standards, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Support software license optimization, security audits, regulatory compliance assessments, NIST RMF and CSF activities, and risk management frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience leading or managing enterprise ITAM, SAM, or EAM programs in large, complex organizations.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, or BMC asset management and CMDB platforms, including implementation, administration, integration, and optimization.
• Understanding of hardware, software, network, endpoint, and cloud asset discovery, inventory reconciliation, classification, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with software licensing models, license compliance, vendor agreements, and software asset optimization.
• Knowledge of NIST RMF, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and FISMA, including vulnerability management, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and KPI development using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau; familiarity with scripting, automation, and asset data integration.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience driving process improvements across IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• At least one relevant certification required, such as CITAM, CSAM, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM.
