Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration support or sponsorship. The posting is expected to close on November 13, 2026.

Salary: $150,348–$285,274 annually; $172,900–$285,274 for candidates in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia; $150,348–$248,064 in all other locations.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of global security operations capabilities.
• Manage security operations analysts and security engineers, including performance management, workload oversight, annual reviews, and professional development.
• Manage the operation and lifecycle of SIEM, EDR, security scanning, firewall, secure web gateway, and related security technologies.
• Establish operating procedures, escalation paths, on-call expectations, service levels, and audit artifacts.
• Develop dashboards, key performance indicators, risk indicators, and executive reporting covering operational performance, control effectiveness, exposure, and trends.
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, identity, network, endpoint, application, privacy, risk, compliance, legal, and business teams on security controls and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of business experience in Information Security.
• Working knowledge of auditing, policy, database security, firewall security, risk analysis, identity and access management, and web services.
• Prior experience supervising Information Security staff and supporting their professional development.
• Prior experience working with geographically diverse offices in a global organization.
• Ability to interpret information security data and processes to identify potential compliance issues.
• Knowledge of security and control frameworks including ISO 27001/27002, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-53, HIPAA, and HITRUST.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without immigration support or sponsorship now or in the future.
