What you will do

• Manage fee, commission, interest, billing, reconciliation, adjustment, invoice, payment, and cost-allocation activities across the trade lifecycle.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, set priorities, allocate resources, coach employees, and establish accountability for accurate and controlled outcomes.
• Improve strategic process workflows with technology, business, external partners, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Monitor client and house business functions, maintain accurate rates, support queries, and ensure accurate collection and payment for millions of trades daily.
• Identify control weaknesses, assess client, business, and regulatory needs, and implement risk-mitigation and compliance improvements.
• Define and execute complex projects, including scope, resources, milestones, budgets, roadmaps, change management, bottleneck resolution, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of experience in banking, accounting, financial services, or related fields.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including setting expectations, coaching performance, supporting career development, motivating employees, delegating, and leading through change.
• Experience with financial and risk management, including compliance, client data security and confidentiality, operational risk, charge accuracy, data management, human error, process flaws, and data maintenance.
• Experience with data ingestion, transformation, harmonization, processing, provision, modeling, and access.
• End-to-end execution of complex projects, including roadmap execution, budgeting, resource allocation, documentation, evaluation, and review; experience managing projects lasting 6 months to 3+ years.
• Ability to identify process bottlenecks, manage escalations, anticipate trade-offs, and balance business needs within existing constraints.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, prioritization, discretion, judgment, client-service, collaboration, flexibility, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to learn multiple programs quickly; adaptability and willingness to take on significant responsibility.
