Cost Manager (Wind Power)

Location: Hybrid (remote/office); Romania, Denmark, Poland, Spain, United Kingdom, and Croatia. Bucharest, Romania and Vejle, Denmark are specified locations.

What you will do

• Calculate offers for international offshore wind investment projects with contract volumes of EUR 300–3,000 million.
• Work as a core member of a multidisciplinary, intercultural sales team with stakeholders across project management, construction, engineering, service, operations, sales solutions, and PPM.
• Compare costs and explain cost deltas across project scopes and phases, including SBA, As Sold, and OIC calculations.
• Ensure calculation completeness, follow cost approval processes, and support commercial sign-off and commitment.
• Build project-specific cash flow profiles, request currency rates and hedging costs, and evaluate currency baskets for hedging strategy.
• Drive target costing, cost improvement validation, cost-driver and KPI analysis, yearly cost updates, and development of calculation tools.

Requirements

• Commercial knowledge of KPIs, SGRE processes, reporting, and value flows.
• Experience managing project teams and working with international stakeholders in an intercultural environment.
• Teamwork and intercultural experience, with strong communication skills.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the area of responsibility.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Flexibility to travel.
• Self-determination, initiative, business competence, networking based on trust, analytical skills, result and quality orientation, customer focus, and professional ethics.

Nice to have

• Experience in project cost and warranty calculation.
