What you will do

• Drive continuous customer discovery through user interviews, qualitative research, usability testing, and synthesis of customer and market signals.
• Design and deliver AI-powered and agentic product experiences that augment professional workflows.
• Own product strategy and execution, including product vision, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, launches, iterations, and measurement.
• Define KPIs and success metrics and use analytics, experimentation, and data-driven methods to validate decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, User Research, Content, Sales, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Support go-to-market activities, product launches, positioning, customer adoption, and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 3+ years working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager, Product Designer, Engineer, Data Analyst, or User Researcher, or 3+ years as a subject matter expert and user of similar products.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, equivalent experience building and shipping digital products, or relevant subject matter expertise.
• Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
• Experience contributing to product vision, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with testing, product metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience communicating product ideas, plans, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems with multiple constraints and competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to collaborate constructively with Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
