Product Manager, AutoML (AI)

Location: Seattle, United States; on-site

Base salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year; stock options may be offered in addition.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, functional requirements, product vision, and development timeline for the AutoML platform.
• Define features, create concepts and specifications, and oversee delivery from inception through completion.
• Coordinate engineering, design, executive, product, and customer stakeholders; drive alignment, remove blockers, and manage trade-offs.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify product improvements and communicate product benefits.
• Help decompose complex projects, create delivery plans, estimate work, and track progress.
• Measure engineering velocity and establish practices that improve delivery speed, security, and data handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 2+ years of Product Management experience and a track record of building web products, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Technical experience in data, analytics, design, or engineering.
• Experience working with engineering, design, and customers in enterprise software or related technical fields.
• Technical depth sufficient to understand architectural and product trade-offs and ask insightful engineering questions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading a team and implementing team goals and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment; detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, hands-on, and focused on continuous product improvement.
