Solution Architect, New Logo (Presales)

What you will do

• Collaborate with account executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements, solution designs, and business value.
• Lead discovery sessions, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Value for prospective customers.
• Support the transition from presales to post-sales and maintain alignment of expectations.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires, including for Spanish-speaking markets.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and communicate customer feedback and DevOps trends to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in technical sales, presales, or sales engineering.
• Proven expertise in DevOps tools and methodologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI servers, Git, Artifactory, and build tools.
• Strong experience building software pipelines using diverse DevOps tools.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Linux and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with software architecture design, scalable product development, and on-premise/cloud hybrid environments.
• Experience delivering Proofs of Value and technical demonstrations to technical teams and business leaders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Customer-centric mindset, willingness to solve complex problems, and passion for continuous learning.
• Ability to conduct customer-facing presentations and demonstrations in English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Experience with MEDDPICC.
