What you will do

• Research, develop, and optimize AI algorithms and stakeholder solutions.
• Develop defect detection and classification techniques for image-analysis AI frameworks.
• Implement, tune, and optimize models for computer vision and machine learning applications.
• Refine AI models for production facilities and specific use cases, focusing on precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal product teams on AI software solutions and support projects advancing AI algorithm engineering objectives.

Requirements

• PhD in engineering or computer science with an emphasis on Artificial hirify.globalligence, or a master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field plus 4+ years of experience.
• Specialization in an AI topic such as federated learning, image classification, multiscale attention for object detection, computer vision, image processing, or feature engineering.
• Expertise in data engineering and preparation, including feature engineering, data imbalance, and noisy dataset management.
• Programming skills in Python and C++.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying high-precision, high-accuracy AI applications in production environments.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or similar technology sectors.
• Experience with Git, cloud platforms, cloud concepts, containers, Docker, and MLOps.
• Experience with Vision Language Models.
