What you will do

• Research, develop, and optimize AI algorithms and stakeholder solutions.
• Develop techniques for defect detection and classification within image-analysis AI frameworks.
• Implement, tune, and optimize models for computer vision and machine learning applications, emphasizing production precision, accuracy, and performance.
• Prepare and engineer data, including handling feature engineering, imbalance, and noisy datasets.
• Contribute to AI software solutions with internal product teams and support AI algorithm engineering projects.

Requirements

• Completed PhD in engineering or computer science with an Artificial Intelligence emphasis, or a master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field plus 4+ years of experience.
• Specialization in an AI topic such as federated learning, image classification, or multiscale attention for object detection.
• Experience or coursework in computer vision, image processing, or feature engineering.
• Data engineering and preparation expertise, including feature engineering, data imbalance, and noisy dataset management.
• Python and C++.
• PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI applications in production environments requiring high precision and accuracy.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or similar technology sectors.
• Experience with Git, cloud platforms, cloud concepts, containers, Docker, and MLOps.
• Experience with Vision Language Models.
