What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize AI software solutions, algorithms, frameworks, and architectures.
• Implement and tune models for performance and accuracy across computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning applications.
• Conduct applied research in federated learning, image classification, object detection, image processing, and feature engineering.
• Prepare data and develop features for noisy and imbalanced datasets.
• Integrate AI software with hardware and deploy solutions at the system level for scalable performance.
• Collaborate with internal product teams and external partners on AI software projects.

Requirements

• PhD candidate in engineering or computer science with an emphasis on artificial hirify.globalligence.
• Research or coursework in explainability tools, data engineering, feature engineering, data imbalance, and noisy datasets.
• Strong knowledge of linear algebra, statistics, and probability, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Python, C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.
• Familiarity with Git, cloud concepts, containers, Docker, and MLOps.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and a proven record of academic success.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying precise and accurate AI applications in production.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or a similar field.
• First-author publications in CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, or other top computer vision conferences.
• Portfolio of computer vision or image AI projects, open-source contributions, or research work.
