Business System Analyst (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Remote in Canada; candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.

Salary: CAD 51,000–65,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide sales analytics, pipeline analysis, forecasting support, and sales performance reporting.
• Measure and communicate sales KPIs, analyze performance against goals, and identify trends and weaknesses.
• Create, update, and distribute sales reports and dashboards, including Salesforce data management and CRM data quality initiatives.
• Support Salesforce, LIMS, ELN, and other business applications, including user support and training.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, validation activities, and deployment of system changes.
• Gather and translate business requirements while collaborating with sales, operations, IT, laboratory teams, and product owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, laboratories, testing, or commercial operations.
• At least 2 years of experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is preferred within this requirement.
• Familiarity with LIMS, Salesforce, or document workflow systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills are required, including data analysis and pivoting reports into usable files.
• Proficient user-level skills with LabVantage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
