Production Planner Scheduler

What you will do

• Create and maintain short-term production schedules based on labour, machine, material, and available capacity.
• Adjust schedules for changing orders, priorities, and constraints while monitoring production progress and addressing issues proactively.
• Partner with Production, Warehousing, and Production Shift Managers to support customer deliveries and schedule adherence.
• Release process orders, support campaign planning, and manage materials effectively, including FIFO.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve planning and scheduling processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business or Supply Chain, with APICS or equivalent experience.
• Production scheduling experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar business systems.
• Good understanding of planning concepts and commercial priorities.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive, process-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and flexibility.
