Equipment Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, United States; hybrid schedule with 2–3 days per week on site.

Salary: $70,000–$78,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

hirify.global provides support to the Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) Division, including the planned E-3 platform divestiture and development of future airborne command-and-control capabilities.

What you will do

• Provide technical support and analysis for field, depot, modification, maintenance, and equipment-management issues.
• Prepare and manage Time Compliance Technical Orders, technical order changes, validation activities, and related supporting documentation.
• Maintain drawing packages, system baselines, configuration records, modification data, and technical documentation for hardware and software.
• Support configuration control boards, technical review boards, audits, change proposals, deficiency reports, deviations, waivers, and compliance activities.
• Perform integrated logistics support, provisioning, source coding, parts-list management, NSN/DLA processing, GFE inventory, and logistics supportability analysis.
• Produce metrics, reports, meeting minutes, readiness data, and recommendations for improving technical order, maintenance, and equipment-management processes.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must hold an active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in the relevant technical or professional discipline, including 3 years in the DoD, or 7 years of directly related experience, including 5 years in the DoD.
• Experience with configuration management, technical documentation, drawing packages, technical orders, engineering changes, and sustainment or acquisition support.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, technical reports, data packages, and communications.
• Strong communication, independent-work, collaboration, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
