Manager, Technology Operations (Supply Chain)

Location: Upstream Building AR Bentonville Home Office, 1601 SE 10th St, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000, plus performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Analyze customer, operational, technical, and financial data to explain changes in access, promise, volume flow, service, capacity, and cost.
• Lead root-cause analysis, scenario evaluation, and business cases to identify high-value opportunities and recommend actions.
• Develop performance metrics, analytical tools, and executive narratives that surface risks, trade-offs, and opportunities.
• Align Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Strategy, and other partners on priorities, readiness, ownership, and milestones.
• Drive initiatives through implementation and measurement, evaluate network and asset changes, and support peak readiness.
• Confirm that solutions deliver sustained improvements to customer outcomes and network efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience using SQL, BI, or similar tools to analyze complex data and explain business performance.
• Strong structured problem-solving and financial acumen, including root-cause analysis, trade-off assessment, and opportunity sizing.
• Experience in eCommerce, fulfillment, supply chain, or another complex operating environment.
• Ability to translate analysis into concise executive narratives and clear recommendations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams, lead ambiguous initiatives, and drive measurable results.
• Either a bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or a related area plus 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area; or 5 years of experience in those areas.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility practices, and accessibility standards.
