Sales Development Representative (Fintech SaaS)

Location: South Jordan, Utah, US; full-time, Monday–Friday, in the office.

What you will do

• Reach out to prospective customers, including through cold calling.
• Lead conversations with prospects and explain hirify.global’s value proposition.
• Convert marketing leads into sales opportunities and qualify leads for meaningful pipeline creation.
• Manage sales activity and pipeline in CRM, sales, and marketing systems.
• Meet daily key performance metrics while collaborating with the sales team.

Requirements

• Proven successful track record in a prior sales role.
• Exceptional data gathering, communication, objection handling, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter mentality and results-oriented approach to reaching and surpassing ambitious goals.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute proactively to team success.
• Experience managing sales activity and pipeline in a CRM and using sales productivity tools.
• Commitment to lifelong learning, including traditional education.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
