Cybersecurity Analyst Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Apply security policies and standards covering access control, data classification, secure configuration, and incident reporting.
• Support safe business use of AI tools by preventing confidential, client, and personal data from being shared with unapproved services.
• Assess security risks of new AI tools, models, and vendors before adoption in collaboration with Risk, Legal, Privacy, and Technology teams.
• Monitor changes in cyber threats, AI capabilities, and financial services regulation and share relevant findings.

Requirements

• Knowledge of confidentiality, integrity and availability, least privilege, defence in depth, and zero trust.
• Understanding of phishing, malware, ransomware, insider risk, credential theft, and the controls used to reduce them.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, including multi-factor authentication, password hygiene, and privileged access.
• Knowledge of data protection and classification, including the additional care required for client and payment data in financial services.

Nice to have

• Incident response knowledge, including recognising, containing, reporting, and learning from security incidents.
• Awareness of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, and DORA.
• Experience with CrowdStrike, Data Analytics, or Guardian.
