Dealing Platform - Officer (Transfer Agency)

What you will do

• Run the Dealing Platform group efficiently and act as a source of technical expertise.
• Provide operational oversight, make decisions, and drive procedural changes to improve performance.
• Resolve complex operational and managerial problems and maintain consistent policies, procedures, and processes.
• Manage department objectives, KPIs, risk, financial planning, business strategy, and service offerings with guidance from the AVP.
• Lead appraisals, one-to-ones, training plans, career development, and talent performance processes.
• Build effective relationships with clients, peers, superiors, and team members while improving process efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Transfer Agency or Financial Services experience.
• At least 2–3 years of people management experience in an operational management position.
• Comprehensive procedural, technical, and product knowledge of the Transfer Agency industry.
• Strong understanding of Fund Accounting, Custody, and the regulatory background of the funds industry.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask, remain calm under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, methodical, organizational, administrative, business support, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

• French, German, Spanish, and/or Dutch language skills.
