Administrator (Alternative Investments)

Location: Luxembourg; hybrid work arrangement

Global investment firm operating across private equity, real assets, credit strategies, and private markets.

What you will do

• Support oversight of delegated portfolio management, marketing, ICT, and depositary bank functions within the Luxembourg AIFM.
• Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence, monitoring, KPI and incident-reporting reviews, sample testing, and oversight documentation for service providers and delegates.
• Coordinate with external service providers and group delegates, support new fund onboarding, and assist with registration and marketing activities.
• Perform ICT controls required under DORA and contribute to the implementation of new laws and regulations affecting portfolio management, marketing, and ICT activities.
• Prepare regulatory AIFM reporting, monthly meeting materials, quarterly board reporting, and ad hoc operational reports.
• Analyse and document end-to-end processes, define business rules, and develop automation or workaround solutions using coding, VBA, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar qualification.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role or in a Luxembourg audit firm.
• Knowledge and understanding of alternative investment fund structures and preferably Luxembourg AIFM requirements.
• Interest in portfolio management, marketing, ICT, and the alternative investment fund industry.
• High proficiency in SharePoint, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to work autonomously, attention to detail, prioritization, and deadline management.
• Team spirit, flexibility, collaborative attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Fluent English with solid written and verbal communication skills.
