Support Operations Associate (iGaming)

What you will do

• Support Sportsbook, Predictions, and iGaming Promotions teams by triaging and resolving second-line customer issues.
• Ensure site content, promotions, betting events, and odds are accurately presented and merchandised across platforms and states.
• Collaborate with Operations, Trading, Customer Experience, and Marketing to diagnose customer questions and improve processes.
• Run quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor-tracking processes.
• Use and optimize internal marketing and bonus tools to support consistent execution across multiple apps and states.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in online gaming or a relevant online B2C environment focused on customer needs and experience.
• Detail-oriented and analytical approach, with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with digital marketing operations tools and the ability to rapidly learn and master new tools.
• Flexibility to work evening, night, and weekend shifts; the schedule regularly includes five days of work with two days off.
• Ability to become licensed through applicable regulatory agencies; a gaming license from the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment.
