💼 Your Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone calls and support tickets.
Help users with everyday questions about wearable devices.
Provide clear, friendly, and effective solutions.
Identify recurring issues and report potential bugs to the relevant team.
Contribute to a smooth and positive customer experience.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Danish proficiency at B2 level or above.
English proficiency at B1 level or above.
Basic knowledge of iOS and Android.
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Motivation to grow and build a long-term career.
