Specialist, Procurement (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle procurement initiatives, including requirements gathering, RFP execution, contract signing, and renewal management.
• Challenge supplier proposals, structure commercial terms, negotiate pricing, and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Evaluate renewal terms, termination provisions, and commercial risks with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security.
• Partner with internal departments and senior leadership on commercial sourcing strategies and fast-turnaround requests.
• Maintain compliance with third-party risk management frameworks and improve procurement workflows and procure-to-pay tooling.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management within a fast-paced, international organization.
• Proven experience leading complex vendor negotiations, challenging commercial terms, and delivering documented cost savings.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract mechanics, pricing structures, third-party risk management frameworks, and approval workflows.
• Ability to analyze spend data, assess total cost of ownership, compare supplier proposals, and track performance KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
